The VelixAI Story
VelixAI was born from a background in industrial automation. When a contact in the US showed us the potential of voice AI in early 2024, the connection was immediate: phone communication in small businesses was manual, fragile, and broken in exactly the ways automation is designed to fix. We started building.
Our first client was a dental practice. The assistant worked — and the feedback from that early deployment shaped our approach: focus on reliability, handle edge cases, keep the experience simple for callers.
Today VelixAI has handled over 6,500 calls for clients across dental, automotive, and service industries. Our mobile app launched in Q4 2025. We're a small, focused team — and we work directly with every client.
